NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 20 November 2007 that Mr David Radcliffe
and Mr John Coombe, all directors of the Company, acquired the following
ordinary shares in the Company on 20 November 2007.
Mr David Radcliffe purchased 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 46.75 pence
per share. Following this purchase, Mr Radcliffe holds 1,705,500 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.56 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.
John Coombe purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 46.75 pence per
share. Following this purchase, Mr Coombe holds 311,111 ordinary shares
representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the total voting rights of the
Company.
