Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company notifies
the market that at 30 May 2007 its issued share capital consists of 139,625,888
ordinary shares of 15p each, all with voting rights. There are no shares held
in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Psion PLC is 139,625,888.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Psion PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
