Management:
"On 18th October, 2006, Liberty Square Asset Management reported ownership of
4,590,000 ordinary shares of Psion, plc (PON.L). This represents 3.30% of the
total amount of shares outstanding.
We would like to amend that report and notify you that as of that date, 18th
October, 2006, we did not have a major interest in Psion plc."
