AGM Statement
Kryso Resources plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has held its
Annual General Meeting today and all resolutions were duly passed.
Craig Brown, Finance Director, reported that all three drill rigs, drilling
equipment and drilling supplies have now arrived in Tajikistan.
To date, 280 metres of underground development has been
re-established at the Pakrut Gold Deposit, in preparation for the start of the
underground drill programme, which is anticipated to commence within three
weeks. This drill programme has been designed to convert the Russian resources
into JORC standard resources and to explore the extensions to the existing
mineralisation. In addition, the exploration programme for the Pakrut Licensed
Area has been approved by the State Committee for Geology, and surface drilling
will start at the company's exploration prospects within the next month.
