The Board of Densitron Technologies plc regrets to announce that Carl
Thompson, Group Finance Director has left the business by mutual consent. Mr
Thompson has decided, for personal reasons, to pursue alternative business
interests.
The Company wishes to thank Mr Thompson for his contribution and wishes him
every success for the future.
The company has begun the search to find a new Finance Director. In the
meantime Tim Pearson ACA and Dean Young CIMA will assume responsibility for
financial operations, reporting directly to CEO Ross Stuart.
