Tertiary Minerals plc ("the Company")
Application for Listing of Additional Ordinary Shares
Application has today been made for admission of an
additional 65,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in Tertiary
Minerals plc to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares have
been issued as a result of the exercise of existing
warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company.
The new shares will rank pari passu in all respects with
the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Dealings
are expected to commence on 13 March 2000.
