ALLOTMENT OF SHARES
NFC plc announces that it has today alloted a total of 28,272 ordinary shares in
the share capital of the company at a price of 166p per share to one
participants in the 1992 Employee Share Option Scheme who has exercised their
options under the terms of the scheme.
This allotment represents an increase in the share capital of 0.0054%.
The total issued share capital of the Company is now 523,999,561.
