Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing
of 302,250 ordinary shares of 10p each to be issued pursuant to the exercise
of options. When the options have been exercised, the shares will rank pari
passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
All the above shares are to be issued to satisfy share options exercised under
the Cadcentre Group plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme dated 27 November 1996.
