CLEVELAND, Tenn., Aug. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- AmTrans USA Trucking & Logistics, the family-owned full service transportation company located in Cleveland, Tennessee, has carved out a unique niche in the trucking industry by focusing on a factor often overlooked by competitors – superior customer satisfaction. The privately owned start-up made their first sale in January of 2015 and saw $2 million in total sales within the first six months of business. Priding themselves on top-notch customer service, the steadfast growth of the business and client loyalty is rooted in their one-on-one tactics and dedicated account team, continuing to move the needle for the business as a whole.

Trucking specialists and entrepreneurs Anthony and Ashley Wallace leased the office that would hold their future company – which services freight across the U.S., Mexico and Canada, as well as ships internationally – in October of 2014. Anthony, being a hands-on business owner, did most of the initial work himself to get the company off the ground, including computer programming, telecommunications, internal organization and more. By the end of their first year in business, sales were over $6 million – a number expected to triple in 2016 along with their number of employees.

"I started AmTrans to be able to provide jobs and create a better way of life for people in my community. Being able to help individuals accomplish their personal goals while teaching everything I've learned through my 12 years of experience in this industry is worth more to me than any other aspect of this business," said Anthony Wallace, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AmTrans USA.

Anthony left his former position at a local trucking company where he steadily climbed the corporate ladder, and the Wallace's started AmTrans with a plan to create a different kind of trucking business.

"Our business has excelled quicker than we could have ever dreamed – and we would not be where we are without our staff who puts incredibly hard work in every single day to improve our business," said Ashley Wallace, Founder and Chief Administrative Officer of AmTrans USA. "We look forward to continue changing the industry for the better and introducing more programs that make this business as user friendly as possible for our clients."

Ashley Wallace focuses a majority of her time on charitable causes including Empty Stocking Fund. Empty Stocking Fund, which recently merged with a charity that her family started over 20 years ago, supplies gifts to over 1,200 underprivileged children and their families locally. Ashely was also recently elected onto the Hospice of Chattanooga Foundation Board.

"Despite our success professionally, our most important mission is to give back to the less fortunate. The philanthropic organizations we are a part of are extremely close to our hearts, and to continue to make a difference in the lives of others will be our lifelong effort," said Ashley Wallace.
