Director PDMR Shareholding - Correction



The following is a corrected version of the announcement made earlier today.
The total number of shares held by Jeremy Grose was incorrect.  All other
information remains the same.



Vesting of share awards and Director purchase of shares

The Company announces that on 13 May 2015, the following Executive Director and
PDMR's received nil cost ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("shares")
on the maturity of a third each of their deferred annual bonus share awards for
2011 and 2012.  Following the maturity, each recipient requested that the
Trustee of the Charles Taylor Employees' Share Ownership Plan ("the Trustee")
sell sufficient shares to cover their tax and NI liabilities and dealing costs
and either requested that the Trustee sell the remainder on their behalf or
transfer the balance into their name as indicated below:-

*Arthur Clarke's maturity was in respect of an award for 2011 only.



Jeremy Grose, a PDMR of the Company, also received 10,442 nil cost shares on
the maturity of a third of his deferred annual bonus share award for 2013.  He
requested that the Trustee sell 4,928 shares to cover his tax and NI
liabilities and dealing costs and requested that the Trustee transfer the
balance of 5,514 shares into his name.



The shares that were sold were sold at 230p per share.



Following this announcement, the Executive Director and PDMR's and their
connected persons hold shares as follows:-
