CK Hutchison Holdings Ltd. (0001.HK) said Thursday that Deputy Managing Director Chow Woo Mo Fong will retire from her position from Aug. 1.

Mrs. Chow will also step down as an executive director of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd., the infrastructure investment unit of CK Hutchison, effective Aug. 1.
