Vodafone Group PLC (VOD.LN) said Wednesday that its chief financial officer Andrew Halford disposed of 1 million shares, 976,056 at 171.624 pence and 23,944 at 170.46 pence, and still has 1.53 million shares.

-Shares closed Wednesday at 169.6 pence valuing the company at GBP84.94 billion.
