Yell Group PLC (YELL.LN), seeking to renegotiate its covenants, plans to ask HSBC to assist it in the endeavor, The Financial Times reports on its website Sunday. Yell's net debt is currently 2.7 billion pounds ($4.3 billion), while its market capitalization is GBP102 million, the FT said.
