MMs orchestrated a tree shake yesterday, followed today by a nice rise.

Somebody looking for shares.

I'm keeping my shares;

1) we keep the listing for 6 months to find a suitable RTO

2) remaining co will have £250k net cash with no debt

3) existing directors with no involvement in the sale of Cellcast will remain and seek out a suitable business

4) Unused tax losses will be attractive to new RTO vehicle.

5) cash shells are attractive to growing companies looking for a quote.

I'll take the risk and hang on.

With Gary Lyons, and it seems Guy Thomas on board I cant see it not getting voted through. Both are long term shareholders and I imagine will have associates who follow their lead.

I will be interested to see if Fraser Cropper is involved in the future plans.

Gary, if you still read these boards, and are interested in discussing an acquisition, hopefully you've still got my email address ;)

I don't like this whole set-up. And it may not get voted through - depends if the outside shareholders have enough votes to defeat it.

Not necessarily - they could sell the subsidiary, as per RNS today, then keep the listing, becoming a shell co, just ready for someone to use for a reverse takeover.

You might be right phil..That 250k reported as a sell is a buy. Still buy at 1.85 so looks like there is some stock around at present...

He wants to stop it being de-listed. Then he'll reverse another similar business into CLTV - hi-tec - ; use up the massive tax losses available and see the shares soar.
