It was up 12.3% on amex but did not shift on AIM

had a bullish buy article in Techinvest. Its the kind of company I like, in the US, hybrids are to be the way forward even if todays technology is out of date..........enter ENVS

development for several major North American truck and engine manufacturers, as
well as new development, integration and evaluation programs for the U.S. Air Force, the State of Hawaii and HCATT, and New York Sanitation.

Recently announced that it has entered into a joint development program with a major North American Truck Manufacturer.
