International Molybdenum plc.
Spun out of Galahad (GLA) 28jul05.
Representing GLA's interest in the Malmbjerg molybdenum project in Greenland.
Initially GLA will have an 82% stake in IMY.
From pre-listing RNS:
"InterMoly is raising approximately ?6 million (before expenses) pursuant to a placing of ordinary shares, arranged by Westwind Partners Inc., at 30p per share, giving the company a market capitalisation of approximately ?39 million. The placing is conditional on admission. Galahad, which will participate in the placing with a ?2 million investment, will hold 81.93% of the enlarged issued share capital of InterMoly. In addition, Galahad will provide a ?1 million interest free loan to InterMoly, repayable on 31 January 2007.
Together with the ?2.55 million raised in March, the funds raised will be used to complete the Bankable Feasibility Study ('BFS') for the Malmbjerg molybdenum project ('Malmberg') in Greenland. The BFS for Malmbjerg is scheduled for completion in March 2006."
