HCR - AIM's chepest debt free cash shell

Its about time somebody picked this shell off the scrapheap.

At a recent EGM, it was agreed the company can issue up to £830,000 worth of stock. The ORD is 1p, meaning any stock would have to be issued at 1p or above.

The NAV (market valuation) is now below the cash the company had 10 months ago, even assuming a similar cash burn, HCR still has approx £35k cash left (enough for another 6 months!).

The shell is debt free, there is no history (you can even buy Warrants to subscribe). Results will follow in June and with this, positive news (IMO) of a floatation prospect. at a price below 0.75p this is 'cheap as chips'.

Call me crazy and slap me with a kipper if I'm wrong.
