LOL.. Taken out for $77.4M, and within 18 months, sold to 3M for $230M. Me thinks the PIs got shafted here in hindsight !

Me too!! What a wait. No need to remind me to avoid Israeli companies in future. This has been a disgrace, even if most of the hassle has been the fault of the UK stockbrokers.

At last! Money from Dmatek payed into my account with Barclays this morning.
I hope there are not many sill waiting for payment. Thanks for all advice.

And it arrived overnight in my Barclays ISA as well, thank goodness.

I hadn't contacted them about it at all so I think it just arrived as part of their normal procedure.

hoveite - yes all received now.but dear oh dear what a protracted saga this has proved to be.makes you wonder what goes on in some of these corporate action depts of some of these brokers,not too much action obviously.good luck to all those still waiting.

hello hoveite - i have just come back from holiday and still no money so emailed idit at dmatek and have just received good news.the brearley papers was mailed on 26th june,received by capita 30th june,validated by 3rd july and a cheque is being issued tomorrow.so all going well we should have our money soon.

Selftrade told me (2 months after I submitted my forms) that I had omitted to tick one box on the App A1 form, but they said they DID REQUIRE it before payment could be made. Hence they sent another form for me to complete. This was done, but still awaiting payment.

Holts, Thanks for advice re Barclays. I will try to get some more info. It may be that I was one of the people that incorrectly filled in the form and it was returned to Barclays, and these forms now do not need to be re-submitted, but that date is the max payment date they gave me,(by e-mail). Getting correct information on this is like getting blood from a stone. Thanks for info.
Anyone with any other info?
