Well Skype is very well established and this company is entering a market that has growth potential ok , but the technology is not exactly new and certainly not somethinh new and dynamic, like the growth of mobile phones and text etc. I hold shares in Azman and will be glad to see them with a proper business. I read every page of the admission document and despite what is said I think that their is a conflict of interest with their directorships in other companies.
Well at least a quoted share is better than a non quoted share.

Mr. Knifton wasn't entirely wrong when he said in the IC (24/3/06) that he 'should happily be beating the deadline'. But I aasume he meant 'de-listing' and not 'suspension'.

Still the due-diligence etc shouldn't take that long.

Just wish he'd made the anouncement one day earlier.

Agreed, as we all know the AIM rules change from the 1st of April they will have 6 months to do something you would think with the people behind this a deal could be found, or what was the point in setting up the listing in the first place.

Something has to happen here by end Q1 so I am quietly confident that as a speculation something positive will happen. This share is in my speculative portfolio. I am not suggesting that anybody invest in shares that interest me. I just air my views for others to read if they interested.

I wouldnt bother, as much as it pains me to say so, I think they are likely to wind this shell up and as plantronics has correctly pointed out, 0.35p a share is all shareholders will get.
