Under previous management this company has underachieved and underperformed every step of the way.

However, prospects are now looking healthier than they have done for a long time.

Some significant new shareholders are on board and a new Chairman is in place who is looking to build the business with 'significant acquisitions'.

Can a leopard change its spots? Well, this one does look as if it's thrown its old coat out. Still early days but there seems to be more promise in the air.


15-2-05: Universal Direct Group plc announces that with immediate effect Mr David
Wright has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Group, following his recent
purchase of a 17 per. cent. equity interest in the Company. In addition, Mr Christian Williams has been appointed as a non - executive director.

Mr Edward Adams has resigned as Chairman but will remain on the board as a non - executive director. Mr Gary Shoefield has resigned as a non - executive
director.

David Wright was the founder director of Citigate and until October 2002
executive Chairman of Incepta Group plc, when he became non - executive
chairman. He resigned as non - executive chairman in February 2004.

Christian Williams is currently non - executive chairman of Canterbury Foods
Group plc and Bulgarian Property Developments plc. Previously Mr. Williams was
Deputy Executive Chairman of Budgens. He was part of the management team
appointed by institutional shareholders which took the company from making
substantial loses in 1991 to a highly profitable business.

Further details of Mr Wright's and Mr Williams' current and previous
directorships in the past five years are set out below.

Commenting on his appointment, David Wright said "My priority is to improve the
