Catlin Group Limited's Preliminary Results for the year ending 31 December 2004
are expected to be announced on Friday 11 March 2005. The Annual General Meeting
will take place on Wednesday 25 May 2005 at the Group's offices at Cumberland
House, 6th Floor, 1 Victoria Street, Hamilton, Bermuda HM 11.

The Group's Interim Results for the six months ending 30 June 2005 are expected
to be announced on Monday 12 September 2005.
