27/4/2011 10:31 | Following the sale of the fluids business and the change of company name to Lochard Energy Group plc .... and the change of EPIC to LHD ... I have just started a new topic :- I suggest that discussions are carried on there in future. | lizzie ii
21/4/2011 09:03 | Completion of disposal:- Payment of consideration The maximum consideration payable to Rheochem in respect of the Disposal is A$45 million (subject to adjustment in certain circumstances). The consideration is payable as follows: (1) a single payment of A$23.75 million (approx GBP14.8 million) on completion of the transaction (adjusted for working capital following completion); and (2) subsequent earn-out payments up to A$21.25 million (approx GBP13.2 million) conditional on EBITDA of the Drilling Fluids Business for the period between 1 March 2011 and 29 February 2012 exceeding agreed levels. Haydn Gardner, Chief Executive Officer of Rheochem Plc said: "I am very pleased to announce the completion of this Disposal. The Company is now focused purely on oil and gas exploration and production. The sale of the fluids business unlocks significant value for shareholders and allows us to meet our commitments on the Athena field through to first oil production which is expected later this year. A new website to showcase our oilfield assets is currently under construction and is expected to be operational shortly." | cwa1
18/4/2011 23:22 | Late RNS today from IAE with an update on Athena: 'At the Athena development, drilling of the final development well, 14/18b-A2, is progressing on schedule. The well has been directionally drilled to the north west of the field and is now entering the top reservoir (Top Scapa A sands) at 8,900 feet true vertical depth subsea ("TVDSS") drilling in a sub horizontal section. A final planned horizontal section of the well will be drilled from approximately 9,100 TVDSS. As scheduled, the remaining drilling and completion of the well as a producer is expected to take approximately 40 days.' | coscos
18/4/2011 14:19 | I am getting much higher quotes even for 1000 shares. I really hope this tops out and drops back down to 15p so I can build a little bit more. Happy to try and take this to one of my core 3 biggest holdings, but would like to do so below 16p. | p bear

15/4/2011 11:58 | Yes production in 4Q, but the final well should be completed towards the end of May and I assume will be tested, and will also appraise the area to the North so we may get an RNS showing at least 5000bpd at that time, which can only be good for the share price 4 wells, 1 injector, 22000bpd initial production, 10% to Zeus, cost now covered by the sale of the Oz business which will also see bank debt paid off and leave A$3.5m cash. Cash and deal with PSG for 3D on other license areas should I hope mean no dilution before revenue from Athena. Although this is a far smaller resource in terms of relative value, like XEL before it took off, it does seem a no-brainer or am I barking up the wrong tree. | bandflex

" | giant steps | |
