Tesco is still solid as everyone still needs to eat. Money is tight for many but there are still people with money. They is still plenty of £20k cars around, & even 70k Teslas although they cud be in for a rough ride with the 20k Chinese cars coming onto the market.

There's less places to rent now because new landlords find that the rent has to be at a certain level to cover the tripling in mortgage interest rates from 1.6 to 4.8%. Demand is far out stripping supply.Lsndlords are better off now in 5% IDA'S with no worries.

Meanwhile the most profitable companies are making exceptional profits. But at the same time they can't pay their workers a real living wage.. minimum wage £12 an hour is poverty..To rent a flat £800 -£1000 a month if you can find one?

Yes I worry about the politics greatly for everyone.

When human life is treated with disdain then we have the wrong leaders if you ask me.
And I don't just mean on the superficial level of governments but their advisors.

I can imagine TSCO operating a Costco type model, where you have to be a 'member' and show a Clubcard to get in (and out!).

It's a far better trade than Tesco.
Both Charlie and Warren didn't like Gold because they were
Invested in the US in the early days. You chuzzlewits can't repeat that today.
Pus. You conviently forgot to mention, Buffet recently said the US stockmarket is getting evermore "casino like and you don't want to get caught up in the mess"

Gold 5000 plus dollars in the next 5-7 years my call.

I don't trade oil only Gold. On a spread bet that is, also I buy Physical Gold.
I take my direction for the stockmarket from Oil and the 10 year note.
Also I don't form my opinion on daily moves of Indices.

Umm! Back to the price I bought last week. You have to ask yourself why Tesco customers would eat less while Israel and Iran having a tiff? At least the buy-backs are cheaper today.

However this is TSCO!

You cannot treat it like a penny share.

Why would anybody have cash sitting in the bank doing nothing?
You can get at least 5per cent interest safe as houses.

All these brokers giving these price targets all around 3.40 /3.60
