According to Capita Registrars this offer is open until further notice, so if you don't have your 1-3 offer from Volvere, then phone Capita on 0870 1623100 Pronto.

I thought the de-list was on the 8th?

Looks like they have closed shop early.

Lets hope all ex-NMT'ers find the 'SHAREHOLDER VALUE'
that was offered by Volvere is found by re-investing the money in a company where the Directors have shareholders and not their own interests at heart.

biglosses you should have received a letter / form from brokers asking
you to convert your NMT shares to Volvere shares. 3 NMT for 1 VLE.

This was weeks back.

Phone your broker and ask why / what has happened?

NMT are due to delist on the 8th Dec. 2006. after that if you hold cert.
form shares you will have great problems to trade with them.

In fact you will not be able to sell them as far as I understand.

pc, if you hold shares in NMT do you actually need to do anything to get them converted into Volvere shares or will this happen automatically? Cheers

Cut-off day I believe is the 8th Dec. 2006.

Confused with the buy today? When they are delisted who-ever bought those shares will not find a market into which they can trade the shares bought.

It's to be noted that the MM's sent the offer up a.s.a.p. after that buy.

RNS Number:1240M. 15 November 2006
NMT GROUP PLC. Re-appointment of Directors.

At the annual general meeting of the Company held in London on 11 September
2006, George Wardale and Alexander Gold, who had been appointed as directors of
the Company during the preceding year, were not, owing to an innocent oversight
by the Company's legal advisers, reappointed formally and ratified as directors
of the Company, as required by the articles of association of the Company. On 9
November 2006, the board of directors of the Company formally reappointed both
George Wardale and Alexander Gold as directors of the Company and ratified and
approved all of their actions, resolutions and decisions since the close of
business of the annual general meeting."

Looking at this latest news it looks that all the tea, coffee was drunk
by the Directors et all.

If there had been any shareholders there this over-sight would not have happened.

I wonder what the pay-off fee will be when NMT is de-listed and becomes
only Volvere. Value for Directors not shareholders.

Off BB topic but something about the old NMT factory site.

Encap moves to double capacity
DOUGLAS FRIEDLI

A CANCER drug producer is doubling its capacity by moving into a factory vacated by NMT, the former star of Scotland's medical technology sector.

Encap Drug Delivery, which makes capsules for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, plans to recruit up to 20 highly qualified research and production staff to meet rising demand.

Glyn Dowler, the company's owner and chairman, will invest between £1m and £2m expanding the business, which employs 40.

Encap's capsule technology allows patients to take a single dose of a drug which is slowly released over a day, rather than having to take four or five pills a day.

Rising demand has prompted it to take over a factory adjoining its base in Livingston which was previously used by NMT, the syringe-maker which collapsed in 2003.

Joe Carey, the company's chief executive, said: "People want to take fewer pills and capsules per day. It is all about how you can take a high dose in one go safely."

Carey joined from Cambridge Consultants, where he was a senior consultant, and has held roles at BTG Surrey University and Chiroscience Group. Dowler is a former Procter & Gamble executive and serial entrepreneur who also owns a packaging group.

Carey added: "The big international companies use us either because they do not have the capability, or the facilities they have are stretched. And we are seeing increasing demand from local biotechnology companies."

This article:

Lets hope it gives work to some ex NMT workers.
