Started a new thread in the hope that some of the shorters and other pill*cks that inhabit these boards will respect it and only post genuine comments, good or bad. Please, anyone wanting to quote figures etc, make sure they are right.

Most KYS investors will by now have learned that they did not sign any new contracts from March 00 until Jan 01. Furthermore their main competitors also fared badly,Since then all 3 are enjoying a resurgence as follows;

KEYSTONE

Keystone have signed 5 and reports suggest they are in the closing stages of a race to get its software selected as the new PMS platform for two of the UK's "magic circle" law firms. At Linklaters, Keystone's competition includes the incumbent supplier ResSoft while at Clifford Chance, Keystone is down to a two horse race with CMS Open. At both firms Keystone is involved in a joint bid with Oracle Financials.(May well be the 2 contracts mentioned in the offer document.

ELITE (nasdaq listed ticker elte)

From their annual report dated 20.2.01
Mr. Poole, commented, “Our financial results for the quarter were much as anticipated and reflected the Company’s diminished new business backlog level entering the fourth quarter. However, as we recently announced, our new contract signings in the last three months of the year were an all-time high $11.9 million, reflecting a tremendous resurgence in demand for the Company’s products

CMS OPEN (Solution 6 owned, Aus Listed)(SOH)

Meanwhile Australia-based Horwath Computer Systems (HCS), which was recently acquired by Solution 6 Holdings group, has just announced that it has signed up four new clients for the Solution 6 CMS Open practice management system.A CMS spokesman told Legal News Media that these latest contracts now confirm CMS Open as the number one PMS supplier in the Asia Pacific region "ahead of Keystone in its home territory".

That last statement is a bit bold, considering they had actually signed up with Minter Ellison last year only for keystone to pinch it from them at the death.

The good news is that the market is undeniably improving and their is more than enough for all 3 to be gainfully employed!
