Excellent share price performance of late. We haven't been at this level for a couple of years. Performing as well, if not better, than DS Smith and Mondi without the benefit of a merger.

You would imagine global governments are steady reducing plastic packaging and replacing it with paper/ Card board. Future certainly bright for SKG..

Banked a nice little profit at 2993p, but here's hoping a santa rally sees this comfortably and sustainably over £30 soon.

I got mine (Halifax). But very annoying about 30% less paid. Guess tax issue but this is in my stock isa account. Does British citizen have to pay this? Contacted with Halifax, they told they did not do anything . Contacted with skg, no reply. Any idea how to deal this please?

Hopefully back over £28 this week, unless wider markets are going down hard,
which is a possibility with the political antics stateside.

Action, hedge funds and short term traders playing pinball with the price atm,
heightened uncertainty with the merger aiding fat % moves in either direction.

I'm adding some following a few weaker days and selling some on strength.
How long this works for...you could be correct on the 12 month low.

Off topic, I expected to buy Lloyds under 40 pence, wrong on that one!!.

Looks like low of the year will be revised due to higher debt burden after proposed merger.

Added a second small amount back this morning,
very difficult to discern the short term price now with so much in the mix, but will try to buy a few on bad days. I'm trusting TS's judgement and just hope it's not hubris.

Regardless, there should be some trading opportunities given the big % moves. We travelled from £26 to £33 within three months and from approx. £33 to £26.80 within a few days.
