Liquidators have so far raised $500,000 and hope for another $575,000 before costs. A distribution will be considered when those final funds have been received. About 60m shares so maybe around 1p a share payout if all goes well

For more information and a copy of the latest report contact Grant Thornton at the following address

bisiboy - it would be nice to get some sort of result before the end of the year. Preferably before the liquidators spend everything.

We delisted at around 0.80-0.90p with the asset value at over 8p - now I don't think we'd get any close to that but I'd like to hear what has been left over -

bisiboy - you could well be right as I can't find a market definition for what SQQ3 is so any clarification would be welcome.

It will be interesting to see how many trades we get on the 16th of May (last day of trading on AIM if vote passes).

The AIM listing is worth money on its own. 3DR managed to make a clean cash shell without giving the old business away.

'In October 2012, following the approval of the Company's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, the Board introduced new investors to the Company, hived down all of its assets and liabilities, together with £100,000 of cash introduced by the new investors, to its wholly owned subsidiary, CarieScan, then transferred CarieScan to a newly formed private company, 3D Diagnostic Imaging Limited, for a nominal consideration and gifted the shares in this new company to the Company's existing shareholders. As a consequence the Company's existing shareholders at the time ended up holding an identical number of shares in the AIM listed company and in 3D Diagnostic Imaging Limited, the newly formed private company.'

We are currently capped @ 500k - I'm sure when liquidated there will be much more value than current.

It does seem that all the buys are being hoovered up so someone must still be buying them.
