Yes the company is to be wound up and the £35 divi I received is supposedly part of our distribution of the proceeds. I very much doubt if the final NAV is anything like the £1.81 mulberryboosh reported last year!

hi! The divi was very nice. Any idea who might be interested in buying my shares. Apparently the NAV is £1.81 after the recent payout. I'd be very interested in selling my remaining shares for a reasonable amount.

Tula100, I would also like an answer to that question. This is the first divi they´ve paid since delisting. The previous one is almost too long ago to remember.
I wonder why the payout now and what the plan for the future is?

After they took it private without buying out the minority shareholders I have had one divi years ago of £10 on my small holding, and the recent one of £75. I don't understand what is happening with them because the recent issued report and accounts shows they have £168.4 million of cash reserves but no info about what they propose going forward.

They delisted around 2009 Fortress being the majority shareholder.

Me too! £1600. Trying to get info on the company for years. Will contact Barclays. It’s a £1.76 divi per share. Double the share price when it delisted I think !!

Yep! Had just over £2K transfer across from Lloyds yesterday, who I have my account with and even had to contact them as I had no idea where it was from. (oddly there wasn't at the time a record of the dividend payment).

2020 saw a monster bounce and then some.

2022 is the year to sell in May.

2008 was a monster year to sell.
If you had sold 1st of May 2008 - The SP500 dropped from 1,350pts to the low of 700pts in March 2009.

Will 2020 be another year? We've had a big crash, but also a big bounce. People jumping in near the bottom? What are they to do?

It wouldnt surprise me if the dark forces running this planet assassinate theresa May probably on the 22nd May...i dont think the EU elite banked on losing the brexit vote last june and now theresa May has become a loose cannon calling a general election out of the blue.I noticed in coronation st tonight one of the cast mentioned the assassination of JFK on the 22nd...nice little subliminal implant into the masses subconcious...you have been warned!
