Just noticed I received final payment yesterday, had to be patient here and was well rewarded in the end. A valuable learning experience for the future.

Good luck to all.

Ah just checked. I received the payment yesterday with one broker. I was a B, so everybody should get this 2.70488p/share

Not sure that's right fido.

There were 19.8m shares in issue before the Rochdale stuff. After Rochdale distributions (cash or in specie) there were c 18m A shares (peeps that got cash for Rochdale) and c. 1.8m B shares (peeps who got Rochdale shares in specie).

So both A and B should get the final wind up payment, no?

Thanks battlebus. Begbies are the liquidators of SRG Realisations, so I think everybody should get the final payment in due course. The previous c. 5.75p distribution or 5.25p offer (if you received and accepted it) were both related only to Rochdale Devt't AIUI. This final payment is presumably coming from dregs of cash in the holding company.

I may be wrong!

No it’s from Begbies Eezy

I suspect there's only one type of holder left and they both get the final 2.7p? Has the cheque come from "SRG Realisations" battlebus?

The cash holders. Not the Rochdale shares. That was the third and final payment.

Did you get 2.7p on top of the last payment or did you not get the last payment either? Final slap in the mouth if I end up with 2.7p when others got 5.25p last year.

Likewise, made a fair amount by holding out. Time to sign out. GLA

had the same offer through myself. scumbags could have at least offered what everyone else got. no explanation attached apparently.

This makes a little more sense.

Those already paid out will get nothing more. Those left it seems are being offered 5.255p for their shares. Got legged over. Would have thought they would have matched what the others got. Still if it brings about an end to proceedings then not the end of the world.

I never received the 5.75p. Was told those in nominees would get cash later on. Its all a shambles. This really doesn't help either.

No erstwhile. Some nominee holders received cash 5.75p, some received Rochdale Dev't shares. This is an offer from Rochdale to buy out those with shares.

I've had same offer 5.255p with one broker but not yet(?) one other. Anyone else.

I reckon tangible book value is c. 6p/share and Moore & Buckle modestly profitable, so it's not a generous offer IMO but on the other hand offers quick cash.

Sounds like someone is pulling a fast one. Let me know how you get on. Ill have a moan if the answer is less than innocent.

Received only 5.255p as offer for nominee account holder shares.Have sent them e-mail asking why we are being treated differently, and not receiving the 5.75.
Perhaps other nominee account holders should do the same.
