Just read the RNS's. All the information is there. Since the consolidation the number of shares issued has decreased by a factor of 10. The last Loan Reduction via Equity Share Subscription was only 206,965,282 shares.

"3 committed tranches: £2 million receivable no later than 2 days after completion ("First Tranche"), £0.5 million receivable by no later than November 17th 2023, and £0.5 million receivable no later than February 16th 2024,"
They are still working their way through "the principal balance of the £2 million gross first cash sum received below the prior £0.66 million figure"

Will they ever get to go after that for the other 2 x £0.5m?

Some numbers. ShareCoin Sanderson has raised over £73 m in equity and payday loans since arriving. UKOG is sitting on accumulated losses of over £92 m. ShareCoin Sanderson has pulled out £3,582,000 since he's been there, plus another £300 K to the mysterious Bunty Bay entity (anyone?). The MCAP is now just £1.5 m. The Fat Lady is warming up, I do hope she's bought Madame Karma with her.

We never made enough shift to EV cars and stuff or any green roads, oil is back on the map.

I was explaining this to the Groc idiots a while back, they claimed they had major EV interest but they had none just more lies.

As for Alba, they are at 8 billion shares, can't really raise anything I'm pretty sure their interest in HH is at an end and so are they.

Just waiting for UKOG to issue a winding up type RNS
