Statement re resignation of Nomad

Landsbanki Securities (UK) Limited announces that it has tendered its
resignation as Nominated Adviser ('Nomad') and Broker to the Company and that
this resignation will take effect from 18 March 2008.

Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Charterhouse is required to appoint
a new Nomad within one month of 18 March 2008, failing which the admission of
its securities to trading on AIM will be cancelled.






What happens without a nomad or broker? The interim results for the Company should have been announced on 26 February 2008,

The Company announces that on 19 April 2007 it agreed a £300,000 loan (the 'Loan
') from Roy Leighton, a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Interest payable
on the Loan will remain at 2.25% over the Bank of England base rate which is
currently 5.25%.


The Placing proceeds will reduce the Company's level of debt to
approximately £2.3m. The Directors believe this reduction in total debt will
allow the Company's facility with Lloyds TSB to be on more favourable terms than
would otherwise be available.

The Company also announces that Geoffrey Gamble, Managing Director of
Charterhouse, has indicated that following the Placing at a mutually agreeable
date he wishes to step down from the Board and resign from the Company.

Nigel Wray has just bought 20%.

Directors just took £500K in the placing.

Someone or a couple of people buying 600K and 1m today @ 2.75p when the market price was 2.25p.

MD getting the boot and the FD taking over as COO.

A good turnaround play?

Charterhouse Communications plc received notification on 9 March 2006 that Mr.
Geoffrey Gamble purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a
price of 3.00 pence each on 9 March 2006. Following this purchase Mr. Gamble's
holding in the Company is 11,881,801 shares.

Charterhouse Communications plc also received notification on 9 March 2006 that
Mr. Ivan Elliott purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at
a price of 3.00 pence each on 9 March 2006. Following this purchase Mr.
Elliott's holding in the Company is 11,875,042 shares.
