15/4/2024 12:35 | Time to buy, I think. | klotzak
12/4/2024 14:40 | Following Directors buying tends to be a good signal so I have added a few more today. | catch007
11/4/2024 22:51 | Bought a lot at 99p a couple of days ago, OK waiting might have been better, but it should still provide a long term excellent and steady income. As rates fall, it seems reasonable there will be capital appreciation, but it does not always work out as anticipated. As always time will tell. | drectly
11/4/2024 11:04 | Directors are feasting buying some stock. | mozy123
11/4/2024 10:57 | Doubled holding, still have more in BBGI but spreading bets a little. | spectoacc
22/3/2024 16:37 | The Company expects to be able to reduce its RCF from £364m at 31 December 2023 to c. £150m during 2024. total debt reduction target £214M total sales proceeds so far £125m (at prices above nett asset value). Another sale required of abt £89m. will do the job, and very soon I should think as they are not faffing around. should coincide therabouts with first interest rate reductions. that "should" cause revaluation of the SP | muscletrade
22/3/2024 16:30 | Market maybe assuming they're being forced out of the better stuff, to pay down the very expensive floating rate debt? Forget why I'm not that keen on TRIG - a dividend that's not going to rise, from memory? 7% doesn't look so good then - ORIT c.8.4%, rising, and several c.11%, allegedly growing yields around (eg GSF). Dunno. BBGI is my pick of the close competitors, but agree TRIG probably should be down on today's RNS. | spectoacc
22/3/2024 16:12 | Bizarre sold two more wind farms at 4% premium to NAV to reduce the RCF debt further and the share price falls again! I am baffled | catch007
15/3/2024 09:55 | Added today my holding today at 101.13, circa 7% yield seems a very attractive buy in for a long term hold. | catch007
12/3/2024 13:53 | Dont complain - take advantage. Bought a few today. | mozy123
12/3/2024 08:21 | The current market is bonkers. You can sell at a 15% premium. But the share price is a massive discount to the NAV.. | igoe104
12/3/2024 08:15 | I'm hoping the price remains down here for a few more weeks until New Years ISA allowance available. | andyadvfn1
12/3/2024 07:50 | Deposing assets 15% above the Nav, yet the share is lagging miles below its NAV | igoe104

13/2/2024 10:37 | Not sure I'd want anything to with batteries right now after the disaster with GRID, but I'm sure the managers know what they're doing and happy to leave things in their capable hands. | riverman77
13/2/2024 09:55 | I suspect those who buy now, we laughing in 5 years time, for sure. | igoe104
13/2/2024 09:54 | I've been adding steadily, possible surprises though are in the back of the mind though. | andyadvfn1
13/2/2024 07:48 | Acquisition. | igoe104
12/2/2024 22:26 | This is a very tiny part of my Port, so sort of glad to see it falling as it seems to give a good opportunity to increase the holding. As someone who has shares for income in retirement, 7 1/2 % divi which looks well covered, looks ideal. There is obviously something else causing concern, interest rates are up, but they will have to come down, Government has too much debt. I cannot see the problem, but there must be an issue with the shares at this level. | drectly
12/2/2024 22:00 | Is this getting too cheap? Solid 7.5% dividend. Trading well below NAV. I'm thinking of a buy, but worried by the closeness of results. | pinemartin9
