21/5/2017 18:28 | Yes - perhaps a bit more thought could have gone into it! But if it brings home the bacon then no objections!! | fez77
19/5/2017 14:50 | Having written a suitability report to a client today, I must say i prefer a longer name as "Just" doesn't yet seem to look right in a sentence!! Will get used to it I'm sure.... | scrapheap
19/5/2017 13:32 | Thanks 18BT - "Just" - what the Doctor ordered. | fez77
19/5/2017 12:18 | New Just Group website URL added to header to reflect name change today | 18bt
18/5/2017 13:41 | First good news for a while and partly reflected in share price rise. But I wonder when Cinven and Permira will sell more of their stakes?? | fez77
18/5/2017 13:00 | QS99 - i suspect you're far from alone - its probably a case that many are like the shy Tory vote - rarely seen or heard, even on results day! IMO - FWIW - Management have delivered an encouraging start to the year, continuing the strong post merger rebound momentum of 2016. Suspect the positive market reaction today may include a gentle tailwind created by some of the 3.55% short position(Euroclear stats), having had a good look at the results and deciding to call it a day. | mount teide
18/5/2017 12:18 | Hi Bramcych, great I'm not alone! A big old company to be below the radar screen, but hopefully today's RNS will start a general support to get back to near to the underlying NAV DYOR etc | qs99
18/5/2017 12:16 | You are not the only one. This seems to be below the radar screen for some reason... I am adding in the meantime. Why are there so many small trades? | bramcych
18/5/2017 11:51 | all on my lonesome here.....hope a few have noted this am's RNS and subsequent rise and broker comments...GLA | qs99
18/5/2017 09:56 | £1.60 was recent high, so am looking forward to a re-trace to there.....underlying book value from brokers is over £2 DYOR but this looks wrongly priced....GLA | qs99
18/5/2017 09:27 | OK, IMO this starts to look like it has legs...GLA and probably the kiss of death from me | qs99
18/5/2017 08:47 | Broker note (PG) I have seen reiterates targets and is very positive ...let's hope market starts to buy into that massive discount to underlying value that brokers put over £2...DYOR | qs99
18/5/2017 08:08 | I don't think it's a falling out. They are the private equity directors and leaving the Board means that they will no longer be recipients of inside information leaving the PE houses to sell down their stake (or sell to a buyer) at any point. It's odd that they don't comment on whether the investor agreement with the firms has been terminated. That would be a good question for someone to ask at the AGM. The TU is good on a number of fronts: - shows the recovery in the GIFL (annuity) market - they are delivering on their promises on DB de-risking - and possibly the most significant: "Our profit focus should deliver IFRS new business margins in excess of the mid 6% range" So if that all continues, it should lead to profit upgrades in due course. I view equity release mortgages as an investment asset not a product sale in its own right and they do appear to be raising the returns on that as well as the wafer-thin margins of H2 2016 rise. | 18bt
18/5/2017 07:57 | Yes, agreed. Strange announcement about 2 NEDs abruptly resigning though. No explanation given so obviously some sort of falling out. | topvest
