Last trade is a 63k + sell trade that explains it.
Also through March there have been further large sells..

I'm surprised to see this fall today given the majority of visible trades seem to be buys. I guess there is a volume seller in the background.

I suppose it's had a good run.

lloyds to become a private landlord?
they missed the boat dishing out funds to commercial investors in mid seventies,
P&O pension fund led the way, 5k invested was turned into 100k plus rent
what barc/lloyds branch managers failed to spot this rapid prop rise was due to inflation
land prices, wages, materials, and the fall in the £, then worth 3.40 to the NZ$
since then £ value has halved,
they dished out loans by the ton, those who invested to late turned into bad
debts, banks panacked and pulled the rug, in 1990 as mortgage rates hit 16%
they pulled the plug on the builders good companies like Walker Homes
over a 500k overdraft, given one wk to pay off, play the cycle not the market
then foreign buyers will swoop in and cream off the best,
nai

Sigma Capital has announced news of an important portfolio realisation, as well as the latest quarterly update from the PRS REIT.

As Investor's Champion's latest commentary reveals, Sigma's current valuation, underpinned by tangible assets, is attractive for a business with seemingly such reliability of earnings and evident growth prospects in a supportive market.

Sigma has announced news of a new collaboration agreement and development purchase. The economic uncertainty conceivably creates a more supportive environment for PRS with significant potential for the group in London. One to follow in 2021.

I'm surprised the share price stayed stayed level today given the steady selling is a fund/someone buying in the background or maybe I'm just another deluded holder.

Who better to know where there is value!

Sigma Capital's purchase of shares in The PRS REIT highlight the valuation discrepancy and compelling 5%+ dividend yield of their client, to whom they act as Investment Adviser.

CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC initial holding at over 5%.
Presumably we'll get an RNS on who sold to them.

middle class 90bl hit "CGT RAID" should create a rush for the exit
by btlet landlords, which within twelve months, will create even bigger
rental shortages pushing up returns way above inflation rate to
the benefit of SGM long term plans,
40% of blt's are wealthy individuals so no pain really :)
edit
14/11 wk end Times, almost 33% of landlords planning on selling up
rents outside London have increased 1.7% to a respectful average return of £744 month
covid has crystalised a two speed market, London V the rest of the country

I see Berenberg raised their target for SGM to £1.90 on the 12th of October that seems more of a medium/long term target for me.
