As posted previously there are a fair number of gaps to the downside, before I'm shot down by the children, I'm not saying they will be filled but they are there....arent they JD?.

Good morning Sparks,OMG, are you seriously saying the stock has fallen this morning because of the 24k share admission today?You've posted up some crackers in your time but this one beats them all, absolutely unbelievable, I can't stop laughing.So in the world of Sparky 0.1% share dilution is the reason this has dropped over 2%, PMSL.Of course it has nothing to do with two directors off loading significant chunks of their holdings, naaa don't be daft, according to he who knows everything those sells were completely insignificant!.

I doubt they can sell them today .As are likely insiders .They may be forward sold but unlikely.

It's the share options johndoe going live today 24k how many if any will be sold that's why they have dropped it early especially after the 2.5k sell which may or may not have been part of the options who knows

The last director sale I remember was a couple of years back 18(?)months at about £2.00 it never has been lower since then.so he lost out on a fair bit since .
So I am not reading much into it .

I would prefer BK to sell a few to under 50% ideally 40% hopefully to institutions or the lot to a buyer 😃of the company .preferably at about 30/40£ a share tho !

Just an article about Pizza Hut being in financial trouble. I don't know if YU have now signed them up, but people like Sparky will say anything without any proof whatsoever - just like YU could be tendering for the UU £650m smart meter contract, that he thought was for energy when it's a water meter contract. Oh Sparky, knew you couldn't resist, but the 5k trade is a duplicate print, but clearly you missed that. As for the 10k trade who knows as it's at the mid....but naturally you KNOW that it was a buy. Please can you post up proof it was a buy (of course you can't but it's never stopped you knowing has it).Strange you missed those Director SELLS yesterday!.

Bobbys only ever bought c £8k of shares, last time he just exercised his option (freebies virtually) and off loaded some.Perhaps he too will be selling some to bank decent profits?, who knows. One things for certain he won't be buying any and looks like none of the BoD will either!.Right, time to give Neil a bell and get my margherita ordered :)

Question: why are they cancelling their share premium account in order to increase distributable reserves (by £11.9m) IF they allegedly have so much cash on the books?.Doesn't add up IMO, but then not a lot of what Rawson does or says does add up!.

I am pretty sure the directors who sold yesterday was their last chance to sell under market rules,before a scheduled announcement (4 weeks).

Personally not too fussed about them selling some.As they appear to still have a fair few left.
