iTouch expands Asian footprint through licensing agreement with MSN

iTouch plc (LSE: ITU.L) the London-listed mobile value-added services provider
today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with MSN, the
world's leading on-line portal, for the provision of mobile value-added
services. iTouch has been appointed by MSN to incorporate a wide range of

iTouch's premium mobile content and services to Singapore, Hong Kong and
Thailand.

Under the licensing agreement, iTouch will provide and host mobile applications
and content, while MSN will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of
these mobile services.

iTouch, giving us access to the Asian market with the world's leading on-line

the Asian market in the mobile industry and this deal extends our reach across
the region. The deal builds on the relationship we already have with MSN in
Australasia and Spain."

Raj Sambwani, Director, Business Development, MSN Asia said: "The market for
mobile services is global and iTouch is an important player in content licensing
and service aggregation. By working with iTouch we are able to access a superior
range of content and applications from some of the biggest names in media and
entertainment and offer this content to our customers across the whole of Asia."
