there are a few winners, but this market is controlled more by rampers & de-rampers and dodgy brokers & constant placings

I agree - they probably knew of this and continued to promote the share during this time rather than immediate suspension

Is there a letter anyone has written?

Could sign it or send another version of it to wherever it should go

Directors were culpable- seems like gross negligence to me to have something as basic as vat being written clearly on invoices to have been the issue. If they thought it was zero rated why not put in the contract the bills are net of vat?

Basically this is completely unnecessary

If They had done that all they would need to do is reissue the invoices and then allay would have to pay up

oh well..i am truly sorry for all that lost money here (including myself). Amir you are a lousy person and i hope you lose all your money in whatever you are still invested in. As for the rest of you, dont waste time following Amir...he will propbably get you to pay up front some legal fees, with the promise that he can get a favourable result. My advice.....move on, and good luck in making up losses

Yaj I am with you there. Question have not been answered, and clearly the company has not been transparent either.. To this moment we have not been give explanation with many emails and phone calls no one but no one has had any reply! FCA should be informed immediately...

Thank you bullrun, I will be informing the FCA along with a few other on my side... This clearly very suspicious with 2 companies formed during Total neglect to Shareholder's I believe they should have informed the market about Administration they new this while forming the 2 companies.
