Yes the board should have been changed a long long time ago. Could be a very last minute deal but deals are not their forte.

With the relinquishment of the retention licence, the Company is now an AIM Rule 15 cash shell. Bargain. Looking at the trades I'm thinking there's movement on the deal side here.
Clean Cash Shell, trading way below. Might well get to 20p before an Announcement.
Amazingly bad management, can only improve when a new company gets stuck in here.

The rns is effectively saying "what can we do as a private company with the cash we have" -

They will say the earth has come to an end which is why we cannot do an acquisition and disappear into the sunset -
