acquiring another company, project or venture which has the potential to bring significant value to shareholders. Whilst a number of such ventures have been identified or forwarded to the Company, none have reached a stage where it will be likely to conclude an acquisition by the 29(th) February 2020, the date at which the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40.

Suspension coming up -

Yes the board should have been changed a long long time ago. Could be a very last minute deal but deals are not their forte.

With the relinquishment of the retention licence, the Company is now an AIM Rule 15 cash shell. The directors continue to be focused and motivated on acquiring another company, project or venture which has the potential to bring significant value to shareholders. Whilst a number of such ventures have been identified or forwarded to the Company, none have reached a stage where it will be likely to conclude an acquisition by the 29th February 2020, the date at which the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM pursuant to AIM Rule 40.

Bargain. Looking at the trades I'm thinking there's movement on the deal side here.
Clean Cash Shell, trading way below. Might well get to 20p before an Announcement.
Amazingly bad management, can only improve when a new company gets stuck in here.

The rns is effectively saying "what can we do as a private company with the cash we have" -

They will say the earth has come to an end which is why we cannot do an acquisition and disappear into the sunset -

So what’s to do with the drop on the chart at the end there? Not in anymore but always keep a lookout.

Michelle must be thinking..

Well we know where we're going
But we don't know where we've been
And we know what we're knowing
But we can't say what we've seen

Yeah

We're on a road to nowhere Paul!

This continues to be grossly over valued as the true valuation is £600K in my belief.

Chairmans statement

" it has been another fruitless year"
" time willl tell... "
" efforts have led to nothing"
" you directors have no interest.. "

In all the years of doing this i dont think i've ever read things like this . Shocking ineptness and negativity. ( I dont hold.)
