A significant document issued by DQE is on the Isle of Man Companies Register.

I have paid my £2 and read it, and can see what has happened, but I don't understand the implications.

Anybody with a legal background out there?

The Indian subsidiary results were appalling, but we do not know how much we own of it now. As far as I can see, no accounts have been published by the plc.

I wouldn't be surprised if we own next to nothing!

Last I read, company alive and well, which enabled them to do the write offs and survive. They have finally bitten the bullet and taken a hit, but not blown out of the water. Quite what it all means for AIM holders who knows, but classically the give upstage is the best buy - er except the classics were written before AIM! You can track a daily quote on stockcharts.com

Well at least India has a price. Can't really remember the story here. 'Requisitioners' wasn't it took over the company all for it to go terribly wrong. Got rid of the FD lady and Tapaas and then with no Nomad got chucked off Aim. I know I was 'lucky' just to lose a couple of grand or so, unlike yourself.

Sorry to hear of your latest bad 'un Tilton, does seem to be going down steadily (MPL) - never heard of it before you mentioned it.

Price has collapsed in India, following dire results. They have finally come clean that they will never get paid for much of the work, and have written it off. We could have told them that a couple of years ago.

I'm resigned to the fact that I fell victim to a scam. This one is not half as bad as MPL, which is incredulous.

That outfit AKA have lost themselves 28% of their initial investment in DQE PLC in less than 5 weeks. I email Rashida everyday at the moment just to try to annoy her. Never know she may reply some day.

Any joy with the new company compliance officer Tilton, do they still not have an email address LOL

What a shower of halfwits. Why did Tapaas get an increase in salary few months back. Still no reply to emails, bunch of tonkers. I am getting really bored of this situation now, in some ways I wish the company would fold so that I did'nt need to look in now and again just in case a miracle occurs and they re-list LOL. However I am not holding my breath. No chance of a re-listing based on the results just posted!

I'm not very good with accounts. Comparisons to June '15 don't seem bad.
