Well if they did not I think it is safe to assume they own the air con unit and pleased to see fridges and cars . At least if they get mould it can be killed and you can still use the product afterwards

hpcg,
To keep you up to date.
They are still breathing and,
their latest trick is a 200:1 share consolidation.

They are buying a distribution/ processing centre .The valuers report is full of liability exclusion clauses . One wonders how useful it was ! At least the company is still trading and in the previous year had a large increase in turnover .The year before that was a disaster .

Thank you so much for putting us straight.
Assuming your figure of c 2,500 million is correct the market cap doubles to HK$774 million and the PER to nearly 26.
My modest holding is still in limbo and I have little choice but to hold on and hope for the best. I will click on the links you have kindly provided for more information.

I don't know where Bloomberg get their number from. Not only does it not include the recently issued shares, it isn't even the correct number of shares in issue before.

David Webb is reliable

but just to be sure I looked at CCASS too, which gives the same figure of 2,499,637,884
(you have to do the search manually)

How did mini Mike Bloomberg get to be a multi-billionaire providing financial information?

Just as a refresher I cite these figures from Bloomberg given today :
Share price HK$0.31, 1258 million shares in issue, market cap HK$387 million
P.E. ratio 12.86
I do not know if the no. of shares provided by Bloomberg includes those recently issued.

Curious the current Chief Executive and largest shareholder is not subscribing. Will the price fall after the vote tomorrow? Who knows with the games that are played with these type of companies.

They are a big fraud, all that cack about plantations spoiled and crops failing. There was a Netflix documentary on Chinese companies that are frauds, very good and I recommend it

I was surprised and delighted to finally be able to exit ACHL, last week, for a mere 50% loss, rather than the 100% that I had long assumed was a done deal.

Massive numbers of shares traded this week and the price pushed over 40, which is weird given that they are proposing to issue a massive amount of new shares at 8. More dubious Chinese goings-on.

Mine were AIM shares held in an ISA at EQI. When they were delisted from AIM They were reregistered in Jersey with Computershare as EQI said they were unable to hold them as they were no longer CREST eligible. I got a certificate and I still get reports and voting forms from Hong Kong.

I would ring Computershare on 0370 707 4040 and see if they have your shares registered with them. If they don't then I would get onto HSBC as they have clearly failed to get your registration moved.

When they moved to the HKEX the AIM listing was cancelled, and you should have been issued new HK-listed shares, in certificated form if your nominee couldn't handle it otherwise. HSBC of all people ought to be able to cope with that. They're correct that your AIM shares no longer exist as such, but they ought to have passed the HK-listed shares on to you at the time. Make a fuss.

My ACHL shares are with Redmayne Bentley and are now quoted in HK$.

I remember with WCC there was the option LSE|HK but with ACHL it was kind of sudden.

My broker lists all the basket cases, (quoted or not), until officially dead.

I sourced my Asian Citrus shares through HSBC.
When LSE initially suspended trading in ACHL, I approached HSBC but they were at a loss to advise me of my options.
The next I heard:- Earlier this month HSBC informed me ACHL shares are extinct and have no value.
I ponder whether this is an official HSBC line to acquire at no cost ACHL shares to then reclaim in Hong Kong or is it incompetence.

Note I became aware, because of an entry on ADVN, that there was what appeared to be a time limited transfer option made on 27/03/2017 2:17pm UK Regulatory (RNS & others)

Anyone any thoughts please in how to prevent HSBC cancelling my shares in ACHL
