It appears nothing happening in 2024 in terms of actual progress - catalysts will be gas price, Skerryvore Farm-out or a sale of PMG!!

Dead money until then - hopefully no more insider deals for dud family land from the Cross piggies.

Article on energy voice indicates fynn beauly, albeit heavy crude, could be huge, tie back to existing assets, and skerryvore is exciting with several options.
His strategy has been a mix of dutch gas and renewables, worth holding to see how skerryvore drill comes off.

Skerryvore is the immediate salvation - but wtf he doesnt clean up the loans - he has cleaned up the decomm and i think in most peoples eyes done a good job of it whether through luck or skill or both. but the loss of credibility of not sorting the loans and buying income with the windfarm. those things are worth f all without G subsidy - sell before the reality hits

Plenty other interested parties wanting to turn over there own EPL.....

Cross has really messed up shareholder assets here
Time the loan was repaid, he and Andrew Smith are only after cash from the till.
See if Harbour fund Skerryvore drill, for tie back to Judy Platform, otherwise no value left here as you say.

The only real redemption for Parkmead is a sale /for its tax assets!!!

PMG is now partnered with Orcadian and would similar to Orcadian require equity raises to further Skerryvore should it not be able to attract a Farm-out partner.

PMG has Net Cash of around GBP 9.2 million at YE 2023 -> with actual available cash around GBP 5 to 6 million once other certain items are netted which is not enough to progress PMG's share of Skerryvore given where gas prices are!!!

Outright Sale, Equity Raise or a Farm-Out only viable options for PMG!!!

Otherwise it is more of the same. Lets see if the perpetual loan to oinky TC gets repaid in July 2024!!!

Sad state of affairs at PMG :(

Crazy Parkmead acquired (I believe overpaid) for Kempstone Hill wind farm and still has GBP 800k of high cost interest bearing debt included in the transaction while providing a sweetheart loan to its CEO!!! Atrocious!!!

"Our modest debt has continued to reduce to £0.8 million (30 June 2023: £0.9 million). This debt was inherited as a result of the acquisition of Kempstone Hill Wind Energy Limited in 2022."

What a farce CEO firm loan - and therefore of benefit as CEO doing his job...

Stinks....

The loan was due in 2023 and there is no mention as to further extension - RNS/Or mention in any RNS

POOR POOR CORPORATE GOVERNANCE!!!

Interest bearing loans

On 27 July 2017, The Parkmead Group plc entered into a credit facility with Energy Management Associates Limited, whereby Parkmead agreed to lend up to £2,900,000 to Energy Management Associates Limited to gain exclusive first rights to a number of renewable energy opportunities. This arrangement has been of major benefit to Parkmead, leading to its ownership of the Pitreadie land and wind farm project and the Kempstone Hill wind farm acquisition. In addition, further new renewable project opportunities, in wind and solar energy, are being opened up through this arrangement.

The loan has a period of one year, with a fixed interest rate of 2.5 per cent. Interest charged by Parkmead during the period amounted to £37,000 (Six months to 31 December 2022: £37,000, Twelve months to 30 June 2023: £73,000). The loan is repayable on 27 July 2024.

robs12, it's not just £500k pa though. There are other benefits. e.g.

The lease with Tilestamp (£300k-£400k pa)

The £2.9m loan to Energy Management Associated Ltd

I've not looked in here for years. I see it's mostly the same old names, banging on about jam tomorrow. When is tomorrow?
