Piedro, RNS on 23/10 says

'Latest date for despatch of cheques 27 November 2023
and crediting of CREST for cash consideration
due under the Scheme'

This has been confirmed in RNS dated 27/10

BUT sold all,

As at the date of this announcement, Amati Global Investors no longer holds any Ergomed Shares and, accordingly, the letter of intent from Amati Global Investors has ceased to apply and has been withdrawn.

Therefore, Bidco has received irrevocable undertakings or letters of intent in respect of a total of 9,129,297 Ergomed Shares representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of Ergomed to vote in favour of the Scheme at the Court Meeting and the Resolution(s) to be proposed at the General Meeting.

WHAT does that signify?

From the Offer Document:
Miroslav Reljanović has irrevocably undertaken to vote in favour of the Scheme in respect of his own Ergomed Shares (representing approximately 17.9 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of Ergomed).

LOOKS like I must read through all those daily notifications to understand

Interims show a slowing of growth - IMO.

I wonder what was the reason for the board to accept the offer
- perhaps ambition to get into a bigger league

or,
"- New business pipeline growth of 30% over H1 2022 reflecting the benefits of commercial investments"
which was the only '%' greater than 10 excepting costs.

had it down as an alternative for investment coming out of ABC, INS and EMIS for IHT reasons, attracted by the unique capability in PV and steady growth in trials. GHE,sureserve and NMRP, k3c all also gone or going this year, getting much more difficult to find reliable outfits for IHT mitigation..relatively good news for beleaguered Amati, BRSC, MTU and RMMC which are/were holders, though not altogether welcomed by me for reasons above.
