I visited one of these hotels in Liverpool. It is a format that a few of the hotel chains are following. The room I was given was good for my needs and the staff helpful and friendly.

I was expecting another fund raising as the expansion was unlikely to be solely funded from retained earnings.

I had this share as a candidate for a LTBH and a future multi-bagger.
I plan to sit tight.

Regards
Tom

a very opportunistic bid. Surprised at the independent directors recommendation albeit they own .7%

Oh look, yet again, an AIM share falling to private equity at a time of maximum share price weakness.

Another troll by the username lsehotdealz haha, share price is stagnant and there’s talks of fundraise at 10p on that board lol desperation has lead to going round posting on different board to prevent share price from dropping, usually ud stay quiet and average down and accumulate if you see huge potential lmaoo he’s spamming all the boards

Despite the fall still overvalued at the moment. It has net assets of about £115m (taking out intangibles)yet its market cap even at todays 98p price is about £140m.

Good value at .80p if it falls to those levels.

At long long last they are being honest about the debacle that is old Bond Street. As I posted in decamber 17 it is of course not £250k but £7 million. That's 14% of the recent equity market raise.
Yes they will have a full refurbishment of those 85 rooms but what a catastrophe.
More money needed again methinks

At long last they are beginning to fess up over the cost of the old street debacle
Do I believe the cost to the group of the loss of all those bedrooms is only £250 k
No I do not
It does not take rocket science to show that that could not possibly be correct
They now have money for only one more hotel
So they have to come back to market for cash
I can't see a new raise at more than £1 per share.

Remember this is an hotel company. No barriers to entry to this business. Its NAV is about 71p a share.

I think there is a lot of optimism in the share price atm particularily with the brexit related fall in consumer confidence.

dhlindy1.
If you go back through this thread you will see I made money here (50% over a three month period).
I do think its a good story.
Its going to take a long time though.
I dont like the way they are dealing with their position on the Old street hotel.
I will be a buyer but not at this level.
