The share price heading to zero is one negative. The fall from 70p to 2.38p is also kind of disconcerting. All as a non holder of course.

PT ATPK Resources Tbk (ATPK) said Singapore High Court had ordered Tan Sri Amin Shah bin Omar Shah, first defendant, and its affiliates to return ATPK shares amounting 164.2 million units, or worth Rp73.1 billion, after being proved that the purchase of the shares were done through manipulative scheme.



Tan Sri Amin bought ATPK's shares in 2007 when the company launched its first rights issue.

The company said in a disclosure to Indonesian Stock Exchange on Wednesday that Singapore High Court had on June 18, 2010 ordered its sheriff to seize 43,655,400 company's shares held by other three defendants, Hopaco Properties Ltd, Coraledge Resources Ltd and Mincorp PLC.

It said the second defendant, Iskander Shah bin Amin Shah, is obliged to cover the company's losses if Hopaco, Coraledge and Mincorp did not return the company's shares.

"We have opened account in CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd for the seized shares and are seeking potential buyers for purchasing that shares," the company said.

mac - no it was mentioned a while back that PLUS will likely be the vehicle for a lot on delisted AIM stocks when the time is right and the ethnic cleansing has occured..lol
