Trading Emissions PLC (the "Company") announces a distribution of capital to Shareholders of 2.5 pence per Share, equivalent to approximately GBP6.25 million ("the Distribution"). The distribution will be paid on 13 January 2017 to Shareholders recorded on the register on 30 December 2016. The Shares will be marked ex on 29 December 2016.

The latest sale of part of the solar investment looks like it will give rise to another cash distribution, perhaps in the region of 1.7p by the end of the year.

Unlikely a tip.More likely the organised pumping gang are loading up and ready to pump it.They Will then dump as their followers buy their shares Into the rise.They will exit with their proceeds of pumping, and leave everyone else with losses on a falling price..

This looks interesting.
I can buy shares at 7+p and get 5p back on 29/04/16.
The question is how much more will they distribute in the future, and how much value there is in the remaining investments.

Liberum estimated the NAV per share in March 2014 at 20.6p per share which would suggest a rather smaller surplus over the share price. The private equity holdings have been progressively written down over the years. As a long suffering holder, it would be nice to think there was something more to come.
