Not worth the risk. A large holder bought 10% recently so they may not tender. They say the largest holding may be a sold by next June and that could be over 20p a share.

The sale of 27% of the portfolio at 82% of the valuation doesn't look too bad to me. I should imagine we will get a 8-10p capital distribution.

Will have a look. This lot need to buy back another 2m shares or so (3.5m at 14p was the original plan), so I think I'll hold for now...

I've re-cycled some of the cash into DCI which is another disaster-type situation standing on a large discount, and where they are trying to sell assets of dubious quality (in places)to pay back shareholders.

That is definitely not a recommendation!
