Still ultra low mkt cap - about £800k at current mid, I reckon....and a stonkingly good spec lockaway.
No concern for me that there wasn't a major AGM statement....either the timing of something of significance to the company fits in with the AGM date, or it just doesn't. The latter being more the norm, for most.

I think it's just AIM.

The Company was admitted to AIM on 29 May 2012, having previously entered into a farm-in agreement to acquire a 50% ownership and working interest in four oil sand leases over the Chard field in Alberta, Canada. At that time, other than cash, this contract represented the principal asset of the Company. Subsequent to the AIM admission, in light of changes in market conditions and other factors, the Board took the decision not to implement the agreement and reached an out of court settlement with regard to its withdrawal from the agreement.

As a result of its withdrawal from the farm-in agreement, the Company was deemed to have become an investing company under the AIM Rules. The Company has adopted an investing policy to acquire a diverse portfolio of direct and indirect interests in the natural resources and energy sectors, with a focus on oil and gas.

Agm today 3pm so maybe late RNS !Watching trades build up as new venture for this company has attracted many investors .Yesterday was very busy buys ,should be another busy buying day today I think.

It's hotting up last chance to get in before the agm .Price will only get more expensive as stock is very rare for small investors.I assume now a very healthy BUY is working its way in here.Watch as last few hrs unfold here ?

Agm is 3rd March this Thursday ,look at those pecking the shares as they come available.Stock is pretty much loaded up but investors can't grab big chunks.Mms have to drive the bid up now and looking good for a major rerate up .

Here come the small stock buyers price looking like it's ready to shoot up again.First bit of news on new assets or positive RNS from company this will be into a much higher valuation from this price.Exciting as we move closer to end of play today as surprise buy trade could well impact .

Those that have shares here now are a minority for small holders.There's Very little stock around as most now looking at making a fortune as large holders grabbing big chunks.Well played those in .

I make it 17.227m shares in total at MMO. Exactly, or closely thereabouts I reckon at least 62% are in the hands of the "over 3%'s"....probably a little more are now in that camp.
So close to 5m to 6m shares (38% max) are in " free circulation" with sub 3% holders - total value at say 5p, only for now (!).... £300,000's worth, tops. A paltry figure once you start to divide that value by the number of folks who either already hold a slice of that £300k's worth, in which case even less for others,and the many folks who will be wanting a piece of the small remaining pie.

Gl all and hoping the soon upcoming AGM will be hugely revealing.
