Hi Jimmy, sorry I haven’t answered sooner. I thought there might be a really good chance an RNS was imminent as we also had one on 11/04/22. So I feel it’s any day now. I’m quietly confident that we’ll get some really positive news too. 🤞🏻

Maybe, but they are due to update the market around the first week of May.
I pray that someone out there see this prestigious British heritage brand as a perfect add on.

Retail sales at Britain’s biggest high street chemist, which has about 2,000 shops, the majority of which include a pharmacy, rose by 5.9 per cent in the three months to the end of February — a 12th consecutive quarter of market share growth.

Sales via its website and app jumped by 16.8 per cent, driven by strong demand for beauty products, while instore sales rose by 4.5 per cent. Its big stores in city centres and shopping malls, as well as its travel stores, performed particularly well, while airport shops recorded double-digit growth supported by a new opening at Luton, as well as refurbishments at Gatwick and Manchester.

Boots reported resilient demand in the lead-up to Christmas, with beauty and cosmetic gift sets, many of them own-brand, performing well.

Sebastian James, 58, the managing director of Boots, said he was “pleased to see our positive momentum continue across the whole business, with more people shopping online and in store, and strong gains in our key markets of healthcare and beauty”.

Morning applied, I am doing well thanks. I have never known a share that says so little.
Using the adage, no news is good news then it is just a matter of waiting to see if there is any truth in it.

Nothing on a CEO
Nothing on a new territory or territories.
Nothing on debt re-structuring................I didnt expect any on this just yet.
and sadly, nothing on a bid approach!

YET!
