22/4/2024 19:15 | Blackhorse I know you are trying your best but please think. It is an old story Mr Green(before William Hill was bought) Entain, Flutter, and 888 Holdings are listed but for some reason, you love to say 888 Holdings and a fine. Let me correct you it is not a fine, please put on your Glasses or maybe visit Specsavers whichever. 888 Holdings put aside £100 Million 2 years ago while the case was ongoing (then they took on William Hill and Mr Green's case as well). It considered the Austria Commission which is state-run since (notice the Date 2016 Brexit before they operated normally all companies did in Austria. Please read the Articles it helps and a bit of background History on the story. The next phase will be in the EU courts where recently, the EU itself has relaxed regulations in this area since Brexit. That's why I think 888 Holdings is defending its position and probably will win in the long run. Remember CEO operated within the EU and decided to pursue the case still on the grounds I have mentioned. He ran a Gambling company that operated in the EU. He would not continue if he thought the case would be lost. Happy Investing | hope1815

21/4/2024 16:22 | Daily Mail ran a story on 888 Holdings. Let's be clear it is an OLD STORY (The timing of it is strange mind Flutter is impacted no mention of them ) May 2024 should be interesting 21 April 2024 hxxps://www.msn.com/ 15 November 2021 hxxps://g3newswire.c 23 March 2023 Financial Times In the Article Daily Mail mentioned £116 Million has been set aside. The money has been set aside for a while and mentioned in other News Articles. It is not going to impact present operations as it was in the past and money put aside for that eventually. Happy Investing | hope1815

20/4/2024 03:46 | i was thinking WILL or in the alternative IS "gambling" going the way of " smoking" Ask yourself how much do both "smoking" and "gambling" cost the N.H. S. i covered the possible name change a while ago I always think of the current logo as "six tyres "or six polo mints anyone - Ironically the Bank of England sort code used to be 00-00-00 not a lot of you will know that !! | navigo

19/4/2024 15:56 | Nah, No one goes to place a bet with entain or Flutter. Needed doing as 888 misleadingly low pc now | the white house
19/4/2024 15:55 | Nah, 70pc of profits William Hill, 888 as a name has had its day | the white house
19/4/2024 12:53 | New name will devalue the business & requires huge marketing cost to promote new brands | blackhorse23
19/4/2024 11:28 | These people that sit in boardrooms and have nothing better to do than tinker at the edges with things like name changes really grind my gears. Sort the bloody business out first please, your shareholders have seen the share price halve and more in recent times. | fozzie
19/4/2024 11:01 | Moving on Results slightly up on Guidance forecasts. Retail Review was down 7% which was to be expected from regulation headwinds. With Retail in Q3 to Q4 to pick up as smaller operators move away and the more staple William Hill picks up the business. This is due to the introduction of measures that will be somewhat too restrictive for online customers through 2024. 888 Holdings moving into Q2 probably will see the implementation of VCP and synergies becoming more apparent through cost savings and the partnerships with A. I group. Happy Investing | hope1815
19/4/2024 10:51 | A name change to Evoke will confirm the 75p downgrade in the shorts list. | baldrick1
19/4/2024 08:40 | Any name change is a gamble the Title"Evoke" meaning to bring to mind or recollection. this place evokes memories. 8 shares its shape with the symbol of infinity. It is a number that comes blessed with positive energy, the power of transitions, and the possibility of infinite abundance. 888 Collectively is more Favourable. The name change in a historical sense does not work. There are too many examples of name changes where they failed. The money spent is best put towards debt, growth, or other areas. William Hill is, in a Historical sense more important than a gimmick. Happy Investing | hope1815
