Change of name by resolution
Change company name resolution on 2023-05-29

The Main Gold assets of Tulla Resources PLC were transferred to Pantoro Limited and Tulla shareholders issued shares in Pantoro Limited. The other assets remain with Norseman Gold Limited not to be confused any longer with Norseman Gold PLC the former name of Tulla Resources PLC and now Norseman Gold Limited.

As of July 20, 2023, Tulla Resources Limited was registered as Norseman Gold Limited

Norseman set to get glitter back | The Esperance Express

Heading in the right direction: Norseman Gold is advertising for new employees at its flagship mine.

tsmith2 et al, no further news yet as Tulla try to get as much gold out as possible, especially from the high grade pillars. At least the mine is making profits now.

Tulla have priced in profitabiliy at a gold price of AU$1,700 per oz and we are close to that now - see above chart.

It looks as if Norseman are out of the woods now and may just trundle on slowly for the time being. All this was achieved by Tulla Group who kept on despite a difficult path.
